How will I get paid?

Getting paid with Croux is simple and easy! During sign up, you will be guided through setting up a Stripe account (follow instructions within app) and then complete a shift! After completing a shift, we’ll send the money to your Stripe account. If you’ve added an eligible debit card as your payment method in Stripe, you'll be able transfer your funds with Instant Payout in as little as 30 minutes after completing a shift. Otherwise, Stripe will process your payment with Standard Pay in 2-3 business days.

What kind of work is available on Croux?

Croux houses shifts for a large variety of roles including:

Event Staff
General labor, brand ambassadors, soft security and access control, valets, parking attendants, ticketing

Front of House
Servers, server assistants, hosts/hostesses, bussers, food runners, baristas, bartenders, cashiers, bar backs

Back of House
Dishwashers, prep, line cooks, fry cooks

How much hospitality experience do I need to work with Croux?

Whether you're a newbie or an industry vet, Croux has shifts for you! Each shift will display the required experience, so you'll know if it aligns with your level of experience. The most important factor in your success is your reliability.

What are the requirements to sign up?

There is no charge for talent to sign-up for the app or start working shifts. Croux does require the following:

- you must be 18 years or older
- you must own a cell phone with data or internet connection (so we can communicate with you via the app regarding shifts, payments, and changes)
- you must upload a government ID 
- you must read and agree to our Talent Guidelines

How does the referral program work?

Referring your trusted friends is an easy way to earn some extra cash with Croux! At the top of the app you'll see a referral button that says "Earn $$$". Tap that button and share your referral link with your friends; when they sign up with your link you'll both get some nice bonuses!

- You will each earn $10 when they complete their first shift.
- You will each earn $20 when they complete their fifth shift.

Make sure they use your link/code to sign up. If they don't use it, we won't be able to recognize that you referred them.
