We collect the following personal information about you in the context of our SMS/Text Messaging program: your name, mobile phone number, and texting preferences (opt-ins and opt-outs). We use this information to manage our text messaging program, including to send you text messages. Your wireless carrier may collect data about your wireless device usage, and its practices are governed by its own policies. We take measures to protect your sensitive personal information but cannot guarantee its security in transit or storage.

You have the right to ask us to delete personal information about you if it no longer is required for the purpose it was collected, you have withdrawn your consent, you have a valid objection to us using your personal information, or our use of your personal information is contrary to law or our other legal obligations. You may visit the “Delete Account” function that can be assessed in your “My Profile” link to delete your account. Deleting your account will remove all of your personally identifiable information from our database.
We follow and implement reasonable security measures to safeguard the Personal Data you provide us. We do not have control over third parties’ security processes, but we use commercially reasonable measures to ensure third parties we may share information with adequately protect Personal Data. Please note, we do not warrant perfect security and we do not provide any guarantee that your Personal Data or any other information you provide us will remain secure.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, provide marketing on third party websites, process your data more effectively, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. Our Service is not intended for minors under the age of 18 (“Minor”). No Minor may provide any information to or on the Service.
